Drawing inspiration from luxurious beach living, the Sea Salt Forest spans 2800 sq ft across four levels and comfortably accommodates 16+ guests (please note that we adhere to Lincoln City regulations and cannot host groups larger than 16). Spread across three levels, the house features five bedrooms, each designed to ensure a comfortable sleep for all guests: Tropical Room: Located on the main level, this master suite offers a king bed and en suite bathroom, providing stunning views of the ocean and the forest. Ocean Room: Situated on the second level, this bedroom includes a king bed and a single sleeper sofa, offering a picturesque ocean view. Garden Room: On the second level, this bedroom features a king bed and a single sleeper sofa, complete with a delightful ocean and forest view. Forest Room: On the second level, this room features a queen bunk bed, and a double + twin trundle bed. Windows overlook the back yard with stunning views into the serene forest. Top Level Game and Media Room: Equipped with a pull-out sofa bed (double size memory foam mattress), this versatile space serves as an entertainment area for your enjoyment. Captains Room: Located on the top level, this cozy bedroom features a full size bed with a prime ocean view. In addition to the indoor amenities, the Sea Salt Forest offers a garage transformed into your own little arcade at the beach, complete with air hockey, foosball, basketball, TV, sound system, and heaters. When it comes to outdoor amenities, you are spoiled for choice. Relax in the cedar barrel sauna, indulge in the jacuzzi, or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings. Moreover, the backyard features a path leading you straight into a charming walking trail in the forest, perfect for leisurely strolls and immersing yourself in nature's beauty. You must sign our full Guest Rental Agreement via our Guest Portal within 48 hours of booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever comes first, to keep your reservation. Check-In / Out – After 5 PM / by 10 AM. Early check-in arrival or late check-out may be available as paid add-ons. Departures over 60 minutes late may be charged an extra night. Occupancy – Max 16 guests. Parties / Events – Not allowed without written consent. Zero tolerance for disruptive gatherings. Commercial Use – No filming, photography, or business use without written approval; violations may result in cancellation without refund. Parking – Max 5 vehicles (2 garage, 3 driveway). No street parking per city ordinance; fines apply. Quiet Hours – 9 PM – 8 AM per city code. No jacuzzi jets during quiet hours. Keep deck noise low. Smoking / Fire Safety – No smoking indoors ($500 fine). Smoking allowed outside. No candles (except birthday), incense, fireworks, or open flames. Pets – Up to 5 pets, $65 each with notice. $150 fine per unregistered pet. Keep off furniture, never unattended, and clean up after. No Shoes Indoors – Helps keep out sand and dirt. Damage Waiver – Covers accidental damage up to $3,000 if reported before check-out; exclusions apply. Guest Responsibility – Leave property in good condition. Follow light checkout duties. You are liable for damages or losses caused by your group. Cleaning Fee – Covers standard turnover; excessive cleaning billed separately. Guest Risk – Use of property and amenities at your own risk except for owner’s gross negligence. Add-Ons – Must be booked and paid ≥3 days before check-in. Non-refundable if canceled within 3 days. This was our 2nd time staying at Samantha’s house. The house is very clean with comfortable beds and quality items throughout. The hot tub and sauna are nice options to have. It is also easy to access the beach and fun to walk throughout the neighborhood.

My family loved our stay at Sea Salt Forrest. The setting was gorgeous and felt both private and extremely well-placed for walkability and outdoor exploration. Our large group was able to seamlessly bounce from small group activities like walks at the beech, hiking, indoor lounging and sauna/spa before coming together for shared meals and outings. Samantha was extremely attentive to our needs and communicated with timeliness and clarity. In addition to its prime location, the home was spacious, well stocked, and comfortable. Spent a week with friends as a surprise for my husband’s 50th birthday. This is a stunning home located very close to the beach, offering breathtaking views—especially from the top floor. The house was thoughtfully stocked with a wide array of kitchen appliances, cookware, and silverware—everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. It’s clearly pet-friendly, with pet supplies available and beautiful forest trails just behind the house, perfect for peaceful walks with your furry friends. Whether you're staying for a weekend or longer, this place feels like a retreat. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning.

Perched just outside of the Olivia Beach community, you’ll have the best of Oregon’s coast right at your doorstep! With three beach access points just minutes away, you can walk or drive to the stunning oceanfront and begin your next nautical excursion; 10 min walk or 2 min drive to a nestled beach access. The tide pools are the best on the central coast, and agates are popular finds on Olivia Beach. There is also a nice forest hike just steps away from the backyard of the Sea Salt Forest, in the Agnes Creek Open Space (easy to enjoy a short hike).
